Where is Omni?
The studio/therapy room is located at Jo & Cass, Lancaster City Centre.
I have an appointment, what do I do?
Please arrive prompt for your appointment at Jo & Cass reception which I will meet you and take you to the studio. If you arrive early then please let reception know that you are here for Omni and take a seat on the blue sofa.
Where to Park?
Unfortunately there is no parking at Jo & Cass however there is ample parking nearby.
How do I book a treatment?
Appointments are made through the online booking system. You can reschedule, change or amend your appointment. When booking online you can fill out the consultation form and read the disclaimer. Which saves treatment time and paper for the planet!
Do you take a deposit?
It's really important that you are committed to the treatment booked with Omni. When you make a booking there is a non refundable £10 deposit. You can change your appointment up to 48 hours before the treatment. If you miss your treatment unfortunately you will lose your deposit. Further bookings will still require a £10 deposit.
How do I amend or change my treatment time
To change your treatment, date or time. Just simply log onto the online booking system. From there you can reschedule or amend your appointment.
If you are late there is a possibility that your treatment may have to be shortened. In some instances, we may not be able to honour the treatment. Although we will do our very best to accommodate you.
How do I buy a gift card?gmail.com
To purchase a gift card to send via email then visit the online booking system. For a physical gift card please send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Gift cards can be for any amount and are strictly non refundable. Collect from Jo & Cass Lancaster or pay an extra £2 for postage.
How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from date of purchase
I have a Gift Card how do I use it?
To book an appointment simply go online and select your chosen treatment and time. Then below booking terms enter the gift card code. This will take £10 off your gift card for the deposit. After the end of your treatment please remember to bring in your gift card or unique code to use against the remaining amount. Any problems or questions then please send an email at email@example.com
I have a Gift Card with for a seasonal offer but can't see it on the online booking system?
If you cant see the treatment you have been given on the gift card then send a email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we make the appointment for you.
I've paid for a course in advance how do I book in for a treatment?
You can either go online on the booking system and make an appointment yourself or alternatively contact us directly.
How are we following Covid protocols?
Towels and sheets are changed for each client and surfaces are sanitised. There is a minimum of 30 minutes between clients to ensure changes.
Do you have a Loyalty scheme?
Every £25 that is spent equates to a stamp. Collect 10 and you receive £10 off your next fully priced treatment. Stamps cannot be used on courses, pre discounted treatments & offers.
